PREPARATION FOR PRODUCTION : The three expanding shafts allow the operator to pick up and place the transfer printing paper, the material to be printed and, where necessary, the protective paper. Using gravity to load the machine straight and evenly, the transfer paper is placed directly over the entrance of the printing rollers; the tension can be adjusted by pneumatic friction control; the material is stretched and passes through an “s” that adds additional tension on the product; the material moves over an expandable roller that ensures a straight trajectory to the press entrance.
REWINDING OF TRANSFER PAPER AND PRINTED FABRIC : An important feature is given by the paper and fabric which are immediately separated at the exit of the printing stage and transported to the back of the machine where they provide easy access to their respective winders. The pneumatic reel-holding rods and support brackets are designed to allow the operator to remove finished reels and reposition the rod itself with a single gesture. Pneumatic clutches and electronic speed control allow easy adjustment of rewinding tension.
